Monogamy (feat. Anthony "Amp" Hall) (Prod. by Anthony "Amp" Hall)

from Chronicles: The Pencil of God by 4-Eyez (aka The IGive)

/

about

Song is about 4-Eyez's fidelity to the one true God in the form of Jesus Christ. The chorus, based on Ephesians 4:5, borrows conceptually from Bishop Charles H. Ellis, III's Greater Grace Temple Choir's "One Lord, One Faith" from the mid-90's. Bishop Ellis is the current presiding Bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. a Oneness Pentecostal denomination that 4-Eyez had been an active member of from his youth until 2007 when he ceased to attend Bridegroom Apostolic Church under the pastorate of (then District Elder, but now) Suffrigan Bishop Arden L. Luster in Jacksonville, FL embracing his present journey in hip hop, outside of religion, under the present stage name The IGive.
